Ensure the traceability of precious and semi-precious mineral substances as well as mineral substances of artisanal origin;
Supervise approved counters, by monitoring and controlling material and monetary flows;
Implement and monitor the international program of the Kimberley Process, the regional certification mechanism, as well as other similar programs to come;
- Certificate for mineral substances, in particular by:
The Kimberley Process Certificate;
Gold and 3T certificate (ICGLR certificate);
The certificate of origin for export;
The transfer certificate (Transfer form).
- Train and retrain sorters, assessors, gemologists and other specialists.
